What a start of term! The level of complexity of the needs of quite a high proportion of pupils is astonishing. Staff are trying so hard and doing a fab job, but the resources and broader support systems just aren't there, the way they used to be. Other EPs finding this? Each year gets harder...

First time in Berlin. What a fabulously cool city with a complex past. My daughter and I have loved our 3 days jam packed with walking, food, drinks, culture....oh and great fun zooming about on the electric scooters. Uk we could learn a thing or two about how to run a city!

Ahhhhhh thelovely (wet) Lake District. Such food for the soul. Nature is the best!
