I gotta say the expectation of absolute perfection when it comes to rigging for SL is so insane to me. I look at World of Warcraft with WILD clipping yet it's "acceptable" for them, and yet I get called out and repeatedly told to fix 10 pixels that are visible. This platform is wild to me 🙄

Randomly discovering a mesh file on Art Station which I know was released as "original mesh" by a very well known store has me questioning why I even bother trying to do original work for SL anymore when people just re-sell paid assets and claim it's oRiGiNaL Really losing motivation for this place

Welp I give up. I've spent about 6-8 hours rigging JUST the lower part of a dress to Nhumana. I can't do it. There are 6 weights in the groin area, and removing any of them causes problems. It's a mini dress with slits up the side and it's short. Not even alphas help. I'm feelin defeated :/

I just got sticker shock when I saw an event invite in my NCs that says a sponsor booth is $36k

It's been 2 months since I applied for the devkit for a body I was ready to support the absolute fuck out of. I paid the $5k+ for it. I applied for the kit the moment it was available. Some apply and get approved in a week. I'm honestly ready to delete the body from my inventory at this point.

This has been the week from hell. First my identity gets stolen....and today in an emergency appointment, we find out our corgi's lens is regrowing at such an alarming rate it's causing insane pressure in his eye and there is a very real chance he won't come out of this surgery with both eyes. 😭😭😭😭

Update - it's actually been stolen. I've had two cards opened in my name that I didn't authorize. Fantastic.
