Some really good game content today. Avatar DLC, The Expanse Osiris trailer and the Xbox event had plenty of good stuff too.

My guess is Sony and Guerrilla don't want to cannabalise sales of their own Horizon online game on PS5 so that is why the mobile game isn't on PS5.

Great to see PS5 continue its momentum and brilliant to see Ghost of Yotei do well.

The GTA 6 delay was inevitable. Also Marvel 1943 being delayed is not a surprise too.

Playstation new marketing campaign screams to me they had a marketing plan for something big (GTA) and when that got delayed had to come up with something.

I hope they have some new Mass Effect content to show on N7 day this year. Seriously nothing has come to close capturing what the original trilogy had.

Outer Worlds 2 is my biggest surprise this year. Struggled to play past the first hour yet I am addicted to this one. It scratches that Fallout and Mass Effect itch.

Only put about an hour into the Outer Worlds 2 but it's such a step up because I want to keep playing whereas i stopped playing the first after this point.

Started reading the expanse and this world is up there with Mass Effect as the best sci-fi world.

Halo on Playstation is wild. I still think Xbox losing its exclusives sucks for competitiveness but understand the reasoning behind them all.

I think everyone has guessed this. It does seem impossible to me even if they only make big hitters.

My gut feeling is Sucker Punch are moving on from the Ghost franchise to something entirely new for their next game.

It's crazy Spider-man 2 (my GOTY as well)was only 2 years ago and Wolverine is next year. Seriously Insomniac's output is just nuts.

I thought the Oni quests were good but the Kitsunes are great in Ghost of Yotei.

I think Crimson Desert might be the most batshit insane game I've ever seen.

Much deserved. Excited for the inevitable sequel and no doubt there will some transmedia project in the works already.

Playstation had to dig deep in PS3 and rebuild their first party and refocus. The successes of PS4 and PS5 is because they invested in the likes of Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch, Guerrilla etc. Xbox could have done the same this gen starting from 2018 investment.

If Xbox had continued to invest exclusives and smaller studios rather than ABK I genuinely believe they could have got 50m consoles sold. Now they'll be stuck at a paltry 35m. The writing has been on the wall for years now.

Word of advice for peeps playing Yotei. Head for the oni first. Some really good narrative and cool region to explore.

This game was only announced a little over a year ago. I think we'll see a similar blueprint for Sony games going forward. Also TGA's announcements will be the same. No need for years long marketing cycles.

People been saying for years Gamepass isn't sustainable so I am not surprised at the current rumours.
