Home now. Almost 3 hours to get home to West Auckland, from the airport... this skeet feels very deja vu... So yea, a flight from SYD to AKL could have taken off and landed in the time it took me to drive 20km home. A-mazing.

Pretty sure we're so stationary I could Panda Express some food to the Uber, and I'd have a good chance of getting it delivered to my window in the next 20mins.

Got in my Uber AKL airport 5.14pm, immediately ran into traffic. ETA to get home/West AKL is currently 7.10PM. The flight from Sydney was 3Hrs.

⚠️ Anthropic's Claude helps adversaries orchestrate influence ops. Adversaries running "Influence-as-a-Service" ops for various campaigns, using  Claude, bypassed several safety mechanisms. 1000's of bot accounts, interacting with 10s of 1000's of real accounts. They weren't going for "virality"..

I know this is the wrong side of the internet to have the opinion "I don't think AI is going anywhere, and it's useful"- is not going to be popular. I'm not trying to be controversial. and anyone who knows me, knows I'm no "techbro". Folks saying AI will go the way of <insert-tech-here> and yet...
