Was recently talking about the difficulties I have with trying to branch out and do more/be more as an artist, and how it negatively impacts my experience doing commissions, and I essentially got told "you made your bed now lay in it" and something about that just sort of breaks my heart a little.

All of my creative endeavors have been a total disaster lately and I genuinely want to just hang it all up and fuck off for a while but I can't until I find stable work to fill in the time/money void.

I might try something where I just sketch a pic until I'm "tired" of it and, instead of burning myself out over it, just save it and start a totally different sketch and repeat while I have the energy/focus. Essentially having a bunch of warmups and then going back the next day to examine/refine?

Hitting peak burnout and just really wish I could get an injection of that inspiration with a motivation chaser.

Anyone around here computer savvy? In my attempt to install a new storage drive into my tower, my primary drive decided there wasn't an OS to boot from anymore. The OG drive still has everything in it, but the BIOS refuses to boot Windows from it, even after changing the boot order. Any advice?
