Work is just kicking my ass right now. Anytime we have a snowstorm that shuts us down for a single day, it will cause us to be backed up for at least 3-4 days with long hours and little breaks.

Hi, I can't get back to sleep because of an annoyance in my dreams (I don't fully remember what happened, all I know is it was annoying enough to have waken me up). Here's a quick question: do you guys have someone(s) you trust enough to talk to or text when you have a nightmare?

I'm very empathic when it comes to my friends and family, but I always have these long burnouts where I try and shut out everyone just so I can recharge. The recharges have been getting longer the older I've gotten. Can't help others when you can't help yourself, right?

I'll admit it: I don't play video games as much as I used to. It takes too much focus and energy to pick up a controller. With work and adult responsibilities demanding more of my time, I can't get going on games for more than an hour or two, unlike in my younger years.

I just woke up from a 5-hour nap and now it's 9 PM so I'm going to head back to sleep in a little while. Guess my body finally crashed out on me
