The fire escape at the Ironmasters is DONE!! It took a lot of cleaning, scraping, priming and painting. Thanks to Brenda and Chris for putting on the finishing touches!!

Since the Appalachian Trail Museum took over management of the Ironmasters Mansion five years ago, we've been working on the deferred maintenance. Our latest project is to power wash, scrape and paint the fire escape. Thanks to volunteers Chris, Bob and Jim for their great work.

The AT Museum welcomes Kip Redick, author of American Camino: Walking as Spiritual Practice on the Appalachian Trail, on Sunday, March 16th at 1:30pm at the Bosler Library in Carlisle, PA. Kip is professor of philosophy and religion at Christopher Newport University.
