The agenda for the December 1830 extraordinary session of the Warsaw Sejm was a heavily revised copy of the June 1830 version, full of strikethroughs. Under normal circumstances, the 🇷🇺 Tsar would convene the Sejm, but during the upheaval, his title was replaced with 🇵🇱 "dictator."

My article on political representation during the Polish November Uprising (1830–31) is out in 'Journal of Modern European History'.
