Tinkered with Zapier’s new AI Agents feature last week and built a decision logging bot. You just react to any Slack thread with the 🏁 emoji. The Agent grabs the messages, summarizes the decision/context, and files a clean entry in your Notion Decision Log. Saves a bunch of back and forth later.

Here are the stats behind the milestone: • Started in March • 106 AI use cases tested • Leading to 18 articles (16 AI recipes, 2 ‘AI at Work’ profiles) • And 4 ‘Cooking with AI (Live!)’ events to demo the recipes • 50% open rate (unheard of for an AI newsletter)

Played around with Gemini connections last week and found it to be fantastic for quickly adding events from an image. You just drop in a screenshot, flyer, or PDF. It spins up a GCal event with all the details filled. Great for paper calendars from your fitness classes or your child's camp!

Them: “How’s your week going?” Me: “There are literal firenados in my area yet that’s like #5 on the list of things I’m stressed about this week”
