I think why I don't totally hate ep 2 of TVL is because I lowered my expectations a lot after learning it'd be just 7 episodes. Bringing in original storylines for other characters, incorporating stuff from later books and budget cuts means there will be sacrifices.

I've learned so much about myself in the last 2 years that I wish I had found out much sooner. Younger me really needed a lot of help.

Can't wait to be in treatment again because OCD is kicking my ass right now.

Louis and Lestat, in the books and the show, are two very different people. Different personalities, different upbringings, different vibes. You should not expect anything about them to be the exact same including their narration.

Honestly don't care how anyone feels about the episode or the season. My Lestat-loving self is very content. I've been grinning since finishing the episode. Nothing is killing this joy.

I'm over here trying to think of good questions for the AMA and others are asking about hair care routines. Why am I overthinking this?

I hope AMC is learning that despite the show not being super mainstream that the fans are rabid. Because why weren't there enough issues of SFX to meet the demand? So many fans had their order cancelled because they oversold. Plus the small venue for the concert.

I'm a firm believer that if you don't like someone (or something) you should not put any energy towards it. You can't waste your precious time on this earth dwelling on negativity. Creating multiple accounts to harass someone means they are living in your head rent-free.

Lestat was not an unreliable narrator in the books. The show could do something different obviously but I don't like when people retroactively apply it to the books or straight up call him a liar.
