Played Key Your Debt, a game by @pocketfrawg.bsky.social. A very short game, but it's pretty fun strategizing and figuring out how to pay all of your debt. Sadly not suitable for laptop keyboards or those without a numpad. If you have $2 USD to spare, I recommend you give it a shot!

I am usually not engrossed in mobile MMOs like Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail and the like. But then Aniimo said, "You can also control the wild creatures directly"? Now you have my attention. It's a shame I didn't get accepted into the Closed Beta. Hope everyone who does is having fun!

I hate that I feel the need to comment again on current events. ICE has murdered yet another US citizen in Minnesota, Alex Pretti. This is entirely out of control. ICE needs to be abolished. It serves no practical purpose outside of terrorizing people at this point (if it ever was anything else).

I've neglected to comment on what's been happening in the US, specifically in Minnesota, but man. It's clear that ICE, DHS, and the US government generally are in the wrong here. The whole situation as I understand it is very bleak. I hope the situation gets much better soon. Until then, stay safe.

I have heard people saying that GF doesn't try anymore when making games, but playing the recent Pokémon games, I know that's not the case. Those games are not great technically speaking, but the story and characters show that GF are still passionate. And this project half-vindicates that feeling.

I've actually been playing this game called Mamon King for the past few weeks. But I've neglected to share anything here until now. When I first heard of this game, I was expecting something like Pokemon, but turns there's little adventuring and more raising and battles.

I don't know how people can be so quick to make judgments about people who hold opposing views, calling them dumb, insecure, grifter, and so on. But at the same time, I am scared of listening to opposing views that might change mine.

So Bluesky added a new Go Live indicator to profiles. Definitely a cool idea but wtf is this UI? Just let me hook it to auto-change when I'm live.

Had a great conversation with a friend last night. Made me realize that I tend to focus on the past and what I don't have, when instead I should focus on the present/future and what I have. It's a habit that's hard to break, but I'll try to at least keep that principle in mind.

Oh my God, Holy Hell, this massive rain problem is annoying. I'm barely able to get to work. For those who are confused, I am not living in America.

I'm not exactly sure why, but whenever I type in English, like in this post, I always tend to be more formal, and hesitant to be more... I guess "free", in a manner of speaking. Trust me, I am more "free" when I'm speaking in my mother tongue.

So this is what played during THAT scene in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon: Echoes Of Yesterday romhack. Never played Trails in The Sky series of games before, but this is a great emotionally melancholic track. This playing in a DS hardware really makes it stand out to me.

Out of curiosity, I decided to buy and read Animal Farm by George Orwell, since I heard that outrage about the new animated film not following the original book at all. I now completely sympathize with the outrage. And am now very depressed.

FINALLY got to listen to this! Honestly, I'm not a fan of the first 4-5 seconds, and the whole track is too upbeat to me, but the use of different instruments and the PSMD partner leitmotif still makes this enjoyable to my ears.
