Looking around this society it’s very difficult to tell who has been indoctrinated and who is doing the indoctrinating. Then I realise the distinction is mostly irrelevant.

So many people closing out this year believing that they are insulated, safe, untouched, and uninvolved in the death and total collapse of humanity they half-see happening in places and to people they imagine as so very far away. How wrong they are. How soon they will find out.

When multiple choice goes wrong

It’s all so blatant, so obvious. It’s all so venal and grubby. It’s all so mean of spirit. That we’ve let ourselves become so small as people, satisfied with daily scraps of emptiness, thrown to us by evil empty men, to whom we’ve given-in return-the unholy power of life and death. It’s all so grim.

Not exaggerating when I say this, that one of the deepest and most disturbing shocks in my life has been the recent discovery of just how many crappy quality human beings I know personally.

Listen carefully. We are entering a long period of great darkness. Even they who feel they’re grasping victory today, tomorrow, do not yet realise that the darkness will swallow them too. There is no joy in any of this. For anyone. Prepare yourselves spiritually. This is going to be hard.
