Saw Dune Part 2 yesterday &, in my opinion, it was vastly better than Part 1. The story was tighter even though it was deeper, the acting much better & the camera work phenomenal w/ the special affects. I laughed to myself with all the similarities to The Matrix/Neo. Keanu is better than Tim.

I saw the movie Argyle yesterday …I found it entertaining and very enjoyable. I’m a big Sam Rockwell fan and he was wonderful along with rest of the cast. Professional movie critics are often pompous and often forget movies are meant to entertain us, not all movies are supposed to teach us

So…I’m back in America from Thailand. Been home for 1 week now….getting caught up with all the political discourse, the craziness in Washington and the conflicts around the world. I admit, I miss the zen & peacefulness of the beautiful beaches, the good food and the kind/happy Thai people.

A friend of mine keeps sending me music to listen to; it’s all this uplifting, life is beautiful shit….since he is a self absorbed narcissist, I find it ironic because in my view his life is completely shallow and empty. Narcissists….can’t live with ‘em & they can’t accept when you ignore them🤣🤣

Lately, as I aspire to eliminate eating cookies and donuts and cake, I have started having a little bit of Nutella and peanut butter. It is a delicious and tasty treat!!!❤️

I am a very simple man…give me a large chocolate chip scone and a cup of black coffee to dunk it in…my day is good. It takes a major life fck up during the rest of the day to change my mood. And then I just reset the next morning with another scone and coffee ❤️
