I started going to the gym again regularly and now that I've beat the gym anxiety it's fun and I feel so much more better + Ive been able to strengthen my shitty knee 😎👌 I've done calisthenics at home for like 1-2 years and it definitely helped build a nice baseline for strength training

I was misting my lizards tank and started hearing annoyed hissing and puffing next to me. Little man was absolutely furious because my presence alone was disturbing his tunnel digging time and was not afraid to tell me about it

"Draw this in your style" but the original is +17000 years old. I've been obsessed with this cave painting for years. Finally finished this stained glass horse and despite the mistakes I'm very happy with it, might redo it in bigger size in future (..and maybe do some other cave paintings in glass?)
