Another version of the falls where I lead a meditation last week. People, with all the bat shit crazy going on in the US and abroad take a moment to protect your energy and mental health. I’m not saying ignore the injustices just moderate your intake and recharge when necessary

Labor Day celebrates American workers but also, importantly, the rules and guidelines put into place to improve the quality of life for laborers, starting during the Labor Movement of the late 1800s. These new laws mandated days off, limited working hours, and safer conditions.
