When I ran registration, on Sunday, when things died down, I took over the entire department by myself just so that my staff could all enjoy the con before it was over. Some parts of me misses doing this. It was fun, but dreadfully exhausting.

12 years ago at Anthrocon, Angela Cherry from Japan who was one of our guests of honor was more than happy to take a photo with me. She was a sweetheart. I didn’t know enough Japanese to tell her how amazing she was.

Tomorrow’s stream may be delayed or cancelled, due to perpetual numbness in my legs which I believe to be meralgia parasthetica. It’s caused my pinched nerves near my mid section of which are exacerbated by weight. It may also be related to other problems.

Happy Birthday to the long time leader of many fursuit parades, Yappy Fox. He’s taught me many things over the years. It was a pleasure and an honor to visit his home and his studio many years ago.

A couple of things to keep in mind on the 4th of July: 1. While explosions impress humans, it scares the crap out of other animals. Protect and comfort your pets. 2. Do not embrace fireworks in the palm of your hand. I shouldn’t need to explain why. 3. Stay away from dry areas, trees, and brush.

In an effort to try to get more sleep at night, lately I’ve been forgoing watching Twitch streams and YouTube until I can establish a better sleep pattern. Been waking up every 2-3 hours every night for some reason, so I’ll be headed to a doctor next chance I get.
