I can't afford a revitive machine to help my poorly aching legs so I've got a £20 tens machine from Amazon instead. It's quite powerful and I've only got it set to level 3!

Temps have dropped to about 17 degrees but the 90% humidity is killing me. Bring back dry heat!

Monday lunchtime started with a pint and a read. Not bad at all.

I'd have to pedal about 60 hours a week if I did this 🤣
