States are successful when federal-level leadership gives them guardrails, support, data, and accountability to achieve their goals. States have *always* been in the ed policy driver's seat. There's nothing to give back to them. There is much, however, to take away. And that's what's happening.

After a multi-year intentional hiatus from Twitter, I just had so much fun following accounts that I've missed and getting re-engaged on social with colleagues near and far. Let's see how this goes!
