I repotted my giant plant a few weeks ago (years overdue—it had a root as thick as my thumb coming out the drainage hole, but I couldn’t fathom how to even handle it). Happy to report I didn’t kill it and that it’s pushing out new leaves for the first time in a long time 🥹

I make an apple slab pie that calls for premade pie dough that you roll out with crushed animal crackers and I erroneously thought Trader Joe’s crusts were highly regarded. Apparently that is not the case and my top crust completely fell apart. Stay tuned to see if I pull this off. 🤞
