According to some recipes I'm seeing online yes in the kitchen where they were created they're cooked at 400°C. They're large tarts. The closest I'm seeing to that at home is 290°C in a normal oven for 8 minutes. But others a more normal 210 for 20mins. He needed to practise this #MasterchefAU
