Of all the systems of religion that ever were invented, there is no more derogatory to the Almighty, more unedifying to man, more repugnant to reason, and more contradictory to itself than this thing called Christianity.

That there are men in all countries who get their living by war, and by keeping up the quarrels of Nations is as shocking as it is true.

It’s safe to say that every branch of government is corrupt. A new, modern revolution is needed to restore balance at least… total destruction at most.

In America THE LAW IS KING.

When wealth and splendor, instead of fascinating the multitude, excite emotions of disgust; when, instead of drawing forth admiration, it is beheld as an insult upon wretchedness… the case of property becomes critical, and it is only in a system of justice that the possessor can contemplate security

The current economy only benefits the elite. The fund managers. The CEOs. The billionaires. The president. 401k talk is just throwing cake crumbs at the rabble.

It is from the power of taxation being in the hands of those who can throw so great a part of it from their own shoulders, that it has raged without a check.

What at first was plunder assumed the softer name of revenue.

Ye that dare oppose, not only tyranny, but the tyrant, stand forth!

The rich have no more right to exclude the poor from the right of voting... than the poor have to exclude the rich.
