In today's strange nonsense, my stove decided that the first and lowest setting was apparently the max today. The canola oil I had put in the pan started smoking in moments (Smoke Point of ~400°F)-Not sure how an electric stove gets confused but I know I was confused af by it.

Todays non-cursed / meme steak. Got a little burned by the canola oil when it slipped the tongs, but worth it. Came out great~

5 Days seems like long enough, lets see how it changed~

I have deliberately cooked a steak, using Adobo seasoning only. It is cursed. Salty, light taste of garlic, overall "Okay" - 6.5 out of 10, could off-set with other seasoning probably.

I just remembered this existed and blame Kiwi for my having it saved. I hate it.

I'll do this again in a few days to see how it changes. Some people in the inner circles I only just followed so~ Skewed results lol
