Excited to share our new study on microglia and PLX5622. We reveal a dual “central–peripheral” effect: beyond inhibiting CSF1R in the brain, PLX activates hepatic CAR-dependent xenobiotic metabolism. These findings caution against interpreting PLX effects as purely microglial.
