C was such a good role model showing our younger pupils how to make hot chocolates including cream and marshmallows. We had to use our words. Some liked cream and some did not.👏👏👏

Today we melted chocolate in the slow cooker. We could see how it changed shape and melted 🔍. We made delicious cornflake chocolate cakes to add to our other cakes for the bake sale tomorrow!

These boys made chocolate truffles in the nest today. We are going to make more for Slamannans bake sale 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

C was very pleased with his banoffee pie. He used all the kitchen equipment safely and very kindly gave all the children in the nest a piece to try👨‍🍳

Developing our fine motor and problem solving making this astronaut for our 'Space' corner. L had to piece it together like a jigsaw puzzle. He used his cutting and colouring skills to make his astronaut ready to 🚀👨‍🚀🛸
