So, in the news recently the utility company wants to effectively double the rate at which everyone will be charged for their power... I did the math and if this goes through ill be paying Around $600.00 a month for power alone... I and everyone on my island are essentially screwed...

Now that I think about it...I'd love to live in Scotland, I know this is out of the blue but that place has always interested me. Anyone following me live abouts there?

To pick up from yesterday's post about moving. I think someplace in the states with stable weather and is affordable would be good. I've never been so not sure where that might be. Anyone got suggestions?
