I have this theory about summer workouts and why I do them more often… I workout in my bikini so I’ve already been sweating outside, and when the pool is open I can jump straight in after. If I have to change I won’t do it. And sweat just makes summer hair hotter in my opinion. 🤷🏻‍♀️😘
