After just over a month of bouncing between 199 and 196, I finally "dipped my toe" into 195 territory, at 195.9. Of course, that's in just my skivvies. My doc's office has me now at 199.4. Onward to 170!!

Duct cleaning. There's a thing that, unless you've let your air handler go to shit, you just don't need. We said yes to it. Paid the $500(?), $800(?) and had more dust within a month's time. And I don't use cheap air filters. As long as you have regular maintenance and use quality filters, say no.
