I've made at least 10 calls. CIT bank won't let me call the FRAUD DEPARTMENT. THIS IS CRAZY. So now I have to wait up to 7 business days to have access to my own money BECAUSE CIT Bank has no procedures to handle this situation?? OMFG 😠

Has anyone had a similar experience and how did they resolve this? I lost the phone that I used for 2 factor authentication for my bank accounts. All my banks except for one CIT Bank had other procedures to authenticate and reverify so I can have access to my funds. CIT did not. Funds are frozen.
