I walked just under a mile to get an ice cream cone. A family with 8 small children were at the counter all screaming what they wanted before changing their minds and wanting something else. After 5 minutes with nobody making a decision, I walked just under a mile home without an ice cream cone.

Surgery went well. No stent, no catheter, and no more stones. Hospital had fancy “X Marks the Spot” stickers to make sure they had the correct kidney!

I’m having surgery this afternoon to hopefully have some kidney stones removed. Hopefully because I have a surgically repaired ureter that might be too narrow for the procedure. If that’s the case a temporary stent will be placed and I’ll need to go back in a couple of weeks. Sigh.
