Baiken smiles at him and stops eating his head for now as she begins to blow the noodles to cool them off a bit before digging in.

"Heh... I had figured your answer would lead me to an answer in that vein. Well, if you're anything to go by, then I guess devils can be pretty nice." She smirks at Denji and pats him on the head.

She could tell he had some sort of reason for asking her that. Might as well get up front with it. "Are you asking cause you're a demon yourself? Be honest with me."

"Devils? That's definitely a new one. What exactly are these devils roaming about Japan?"

"Oh- It's Baiken."

"As good as I can, I suppose."

"Oh, I'm not worried about myself. It's more for the kid I'm taking care of."

Baiken was sat down, smoking her pipe, noticing the fact she was being watched but not doing anything about it.

She decided to relax under the cherry blossoms today. Better not to move too much in this heat after all.

She sighed a bit when he mentioned Japan. She still can't wrap her head around Japan being here.. "Oh, you can just call it me coming back home and such. It's really not that big of a deal, honestly." She began to focus her attention on the noodles and how they were being made.

Baiken smirked when he patted her shoulder and began to follow the boy. She thought that maybe this guy won't be so bad.
