Speaking with @jimsorenson.bsky.social yesterday and pondering whether Transformers, as a toyline, peaked with the Cybertron line. Now to be clear, we are defining "toy" as something fun that kids play with, not something that poses well on a shelf on in a photo booth.

Greg Rucka just swans back into DC and rights this incredible first issue. He is literally still gold, can't believe a cheetah and Cheshire book is on my top of pile. Highly recommended.

It's been a good while since I've just chilled and read something cover to cover. This was some good "old" Batman adventures.

There are few things from my childhood that got my imagination racing like this shot. Even now, I still wonder how it all connects. BTW I will not be accepting overly convoluted Japanese cannon.

A cracking video that reminds me just how much there are aspects of Transformers that I absolutely can not stand. Dodged a bullet with this one, lads.

Wow, look at this. So cool.

I don't know how to put into words the excitement I'm currently feeling. It has been almost a decade since the last MGS game, and yes, Delta is a remake, but it's just that, a remake, something new. 6 hours 24 minutes to go. What a thrill.

It might have taken me a few weeks, but have finally gotten to see, Fantastic Four. Much like Superman, a wonderful breath of fresh air to the comicbook movie scene. Very much enjoyed it. Did make me chuckle when Grace leaned over and said "why does Galactus remind me of Unicron?"

Always a fun way to spend your morning diving into original G1 documents to try and connect some dots, then call @chrismcfeely.bsky.social to bench your conclusions. Another little project for Reading in the works.
