One of my core beliefs is that joy is a choice we make every day, I want to make that easy for you! Joy nudges will be small challenges or ideas to carry with you during the week to try to choose joy. Building community will always be essential for building joy!

Today is a heavy day for the trans community. I'm usually the most joyful voice in the room, and that's still true, but Joy isn't the absence of grief—that's blissful ignorance. 9 years after the beginning of my own second chance at life, this time of year is always a very reflective one for me.
