The Finnish Supreme Administrative Court just gave its second climate ruling. The Court 1) made a groundbreaking decision that the case was admissible, also referencing Klimaseniorinnen 🥳2) dismissed the case on substantive grounds, finding no violation of the Finnish Climate Act🤔

After much #COP29 suspense, parties eventually set a new finance goal They also operationalized the market-based approaches for the #ParisAgreement and extended the gender work programme, but failed to reach agreement on taking forward the outcomes of the Global Stocktake
