Bread journey so far is going excellent! Finally figured out how to get a good rise! This is by far my prettiest loaf 😌🥖🍞✨

The inside was perfect! Little flatter due to being in a basket too big. This time I’ll try a smaller basket!

First loaf, open bake, cold proofed for 18hrs. She’s gorgeous! Not bad for my first sourdough loaf.
