Created a new term: Dysperience. It's the inverse of Experience (XP), tracking a character's degradation and accumulated failure. Gained from setbacks and bad decisions, it forces negative effects like injuries or reduced stats, driving an intentional downward spiral.

Running my first con RPG since 2012 (and like Hattori Hanzo, something I vowed never to do again).
