⚠️ Super Typhoon Ragasa - the most powerful storm of the year - is hours away from hitting the northern #Philippines. It is expected to bring flooding, landslides and storm surges. We have a team and emergency shelter supplies ready in Cebu and are ready to act if shelter is needed.

The conflict in #Sudan has displaced nearly 12 million people. Families are seeking safety wherever possible, including in neighbouring Chad. Working with a local partner, we are providing semi-durable mudbrick shelters, enabling people to take the next step in their recovery journey.

Floods in #Pakistan have forced over 1 million people from their homes - the need for shelter is urgent. With our partner, we are preparing to deliver tents, tarpaulins, blankets, and mosquito nets. Distributions in the north will begin soon, and in the east they will start in the coming weeks.

Winter is coming to Gaza. Over 1 million tarpaulins and 86,000 tents are ready, yet Israel has allowed in only 1,175. 1.4 million people urgently need shelter, but aid is blocked. AID MUST BE ALLOWED IN. This is a failure of humanity and a violation of international law.

Our team is now in #Afghanistan, working with local partners to support families whose homes were destroyed by the earthquakes. In the coming days, we’ll begin distributing tents, warm clothing, blankets, stoves, solar lights, and kitchen sets – all vital as freezing nights set in. Thank you 💚
