Well, that felt like writing a cringey fic, but at least I won't feel so disheartened by my own inactivity or indolence. Can blame all those Amphibia clips popping up in my reccommendeds lately, been reminding me of that era of show that explored similar, yet individually unique themes.

I realise how silly my last post sounded, grown-ass man over here daydreaming about cartoon movie narratives, but the ideas just come, I'm more lamenting my lack of noting these things down. I have though tossed the vague ideas into a word document so it's not totally lost at least.

Times like today I wish I had a higher energy pool cap. I just spent most of my idle thoughts during work mentally writing a screenplay for a crossover movie with various modern cartoons. Though now I'm home, my energy is largely spent, and I was never much of a writer anyway. Coulda been neat.

Following the trend of yesterdays post, heres the critical fail splash image I made for the game, which I also added a 'boowamp' sound to for extra funni. (Yes I know what it looks like but it's supposed to be looming figures, honest)

(Lil bit bright I apologise) I'm in a neat lil Westmarch-esque PF2e game and once of the characters I play is Glawr. Theyre on Foundry of course and have a module that puts lil splash images up when you crit succeed and crit fail, so put a lil oomph onto makin' a set for it. Heres the success one.

As a bonus post today (since it seemed dumb to post a similar looking thing on a wholly separate day), heres the yappy variant of the previous gif. Man, lookit that foxo yap, sure do be mouthin' up a storm over there. Jokes aside, I sometimes wonder or second guess my pencilly style, but not a lot.

Another lil thing from same project, a gif-y thing of my librarian character; Jay. I like to think it came out decently given that I'm not an animator, also a byproduct of my attempts to simplify my style some.

Since it's been forever since I bothered to post any art apparently, gonna start posting whatever I have built up over the next few days. First up is a simple background I made for a side project I shelved a while back, considering getting back onto it.

I have a number of projects on the go right now, but I managed to get one thing I'd found some oomph for done. I'm back on my Muse bullshit with @cyanabysstuber.bsky.social's legend of a character; Mrs. Bartender. Started out as making a base for her default outfit then it got super out of hand.

It's time for that rare occasion I post NSFW, in this case it's the product of different smaller studies that happened to coalesce into one kind of image. Borrowed a friends D&D character; Korii for this one (with their permission of course) to practice hoofies, leggies, posing and low perspective.

Welp, I've been made aware of the goings-on online and all I can say is those who've been stubborn or hesitant to leave and go elsewhere, hopefully this is the nudge needed. Being on that platform actively harms your content.

Another thing off my to-do list, which has been tricky given that I'm not at home over christmas so my drawing setup is functional but awkward. Dis here be Glawr, a Changeling Rogue with aspirations to be a fancy noblewoman by 'acquiring' wealth enough to make it happen. A real bitchy bratty gal.

I was working on a Jay reference some time ago before my attempts at simplifying my style, I'm now in a state of wondering if I should start over or try to complete the 'high detail' version that I was already working on. For now though, have a work in progress of what I had before this all began.

Been unhappy with my art lately and in a funk. Besides a recent snafu, I've been unsatisfied with my rate of work, a big reason of which is overcomplication. Minor details no-one will ever see, fixating on other things So have a 'Simplification Study' I did by redrawing an older pic with it in mind

Changed my mind about the post, it requires a great deal of context and I hadn't supplied it, so it made it seem a little problematic.

I think after this Vtubesday, I may take a hiatus from it, or at least change it to every other week. Lately with the season changes and my struggles getting restful sleep, being artistically productive has been a real struggle. There are priorities, as always, but it still sucks welching on this.

Welp, this is karma at play, I did the things I wanted to before the things that had a deadline, so now my eyes ache like shit and I'mma be delayed again. It's tuesday somewhere, so a slightly late #Vtubesday features the very friendly @makari.bsky.social, a streamer my side of the pond for once. First discovered this gal on my Youtube reccommendeds and has been an extremely accommodating person throughout this entire week of work. Lovely all around.

Damnit, I really thought I could finish on time this time. Damn overnights away from home really limited my schedule this week. Ah well, tomorrow it'll be tuesday somewhere.

Welp, while I wait to be able to continue on with Vtubesday, I decided to try a lil exercise in character design. I'm not terribly great at it, a lot of my designs are largely flukes. A friend of mine has their own race called 'Lubellards', so decided to make one of my own to challenge myself more.

Long story short, in one of my Sunday D&D games, my craftsman boi, Velum, is making luxury veils to start a big ol' fashion trend for mucho moolah. So I ended up wanting to doodl some pretty goils in fancy exotic veils. v: (Will post the individual gals in this posts comments for easier viewing)

Fuck, they streamed and I was preoccupied with something important for exactly the amount of time they're streaming. God my timing is dogshit sometimes. Fuckit, giving it until thursday to do what I need to, if not, I'mma need another vtuber. If anyone has suggestions of any neat ones, toss em in.

Yesterday was an important test for me, I havent been able to work at length on art things for a long time and doing so proved that I still could. I hope to continue being more productive and take the time to enjoy my work more and more.
