Why should you implement #BIMI? BIMI enables brands to have control over the logos displayed with their email. It is important to know that BIMI is not a security solution, although it requires the use of strong email authentication solutions like #SPF, #DKIM, and #DMARC at enforcement.

After testing and confirming it works we’ve added #Zoho Mail to the list of mailbox providers supporting #BIMI in their mail client. More at bimigroup.org

How does #BIMI work? This DNS record contains a URL to a logo and a VMC. A mailbox provider (MBP) will check the sending domain’s DMARC policy before completing the BIMI validation. The MBP may use the logo from the URL in the BIMI record to populate the image of the email sent from that domain.
