Interesting run today! A college decided to join me so we ran in his pace. First time since I started running that I was forced to slow down. This is about the pace I had when I started running, and I felt stronger when I arrived today then when I left. Super interesting!

One of the best things about moving to a new area is just finding these gravel roads and walk them to see where they go! I hope this road goes somewhere :)

Today was the day! Finally is above 10km achieved :) now my goal is to get under 1 hour (less than 6 minutes per km)

A bit different from my normal content :D But gravel courses are a lot of fun on a motorcycle! Brap brap~

I decided to start on Saturday, week 3 of the schedule found on this page: www.runwithstrength.com/beginner-run... All of this since I believe that I'm technically not a couch, I do regularly do shorter hikes after all even if I'm not in great shape!

Oh boy - I’ve decided to try the ”couch to 10k” runners schedule with the goal to reach 10 kilometers in 10 weeks - stupid me that decided to sign up for for a 10km event in June xD
