I decided to start on Saturday, week 3 of the schedule found on this page: www.runwithstrength.com/beginner-run... All of this since I believe that I'm technically not a couch, I do regularly do shorter hikes after all even if I'm not in great shape!

Oh boy - I’ve decided to try the ”couch to 10k” runners schedule with the goal to reach 10 kilometers in 10 weeks - stupid me that decided to sign up for for a 10km event in June xD

Since I’m moving in less than a month I decided to make some sound absorbent panels for the new office. Just spent 4 hours sanding the msterisls T,.,T everything hurts and everything is dusty!

Roojinald did a fantastic job so I would highly recommend! He did some adorable props as well that isn't visible in this post.
