Episodes 3 & 4 of Maul: Shadow Lord were at a whole different level. Maul praying on Devon’s knowledge of himself and her frustrations to slowly build on her anger, steadily but surely. The atmosphere and action was fantastic and chilling. Brandor continues to be great. #StarWars

Palpatine will forever be at his most scary for me when people so easily fall into his plans, when he knows he’s trapped them. The moment Luke ignites his saber in episode 6 chills my spine as Palpatine’s laugh echoes, watching as this boy quickly gives into his anger. #StarWars

I’m so happy that I can enjoy so many different parts of #StarWars and feel zero interest or need to compare them to one another. For me, they all offer something beautiful, moving, and so uniquely them.

Happy belated Birthday to Daisy Ridley, a very talented actress who brought to life Rey Skywalker, a character I’m inspired by time and time again. Someone who teaches us to not let others define our self worth of the path we choose to take. #StarWars

Anyone else get emotional when Two Boots said he has Caf with Brander Lawson just for him, even though he can’t drink it? Really loved that moment. Perfect representation of what we should do with our closest friends. #StarWars

Spybot is one of my new favorite droids. Every sneaky and snarky comment from him feels both gibberish yet sourced in realism, and it’s done in the most hilarious fashion every time. #StarWars

The first two wood #MaulShadowLord were a blast. I love digging further into the criminal element of the early Empire days, watching the struggle of the Dark Times from a new perspective. The action was thrilling and the animation is impeccable. There was so much tantalizing set up. Great start.

Every tease we get from Luke’s time as a Jedi master in the comics as well as Shadow of the Sith only makes me crave a Clone Wars style animated series about his Jedi Order even more. We could see the victories and good that he did, lay more seeds for the sequel era. So many possibilities. #StarWars

I audibly SCREAMED when I saw this news. Thank the Force for it. We need seasons of television and commitment to a long form story. It being animated #StarWars is just a bonus.

Sure is sad that every Darksider known to #StarWars is told to be free and liberate themselves my removing the very people who care the most about them, the people they had a deep connection to. The only liberating it does is leave you more influenced by those who wish to manipulate you.

Whether it’s Chewie’s devastated and painful howl for Han, or Han’s immense grief and withdrawal in Legends, watching these two friends mourn each other … their closest partner who did so much for each other through all the hardships the galaxy threw at them … it will never cease to hurt. #StarWars

Whenever I feel distressed or panicked, may I follow Rey’s example. To take that breath, to remind myself to be in the moment and center myself so that I can see the path forward. Such an evocative scene. The classic music, the way Rey’s breath echoes. I love it so. #StarWars

I still can’t believe Embo is going to be on the big screen in two months! One of my favorite bounty hunters in all of #StarWars.

I will always encourage #StarWars fans to read the Alphabet Squadron trilogy for many reasons, one of them being that I think Soren Keize is one of the most complex and fascinating Imperial officers ever. Still a villain, believe you me, but one that has layers, one that you almost feel bad for.

Finally catching up with this, and it’s an incredible joy. It truly is refreshing to see characters who make good choices because they matter, of people finding value in others regardless of station or renown. Ep. 3-4 are some of my absolute favorites! #GameofThrones

I watched the phenomenon that was #KPopDemonHunters and I can confidently say the hype was real. Beyond the gorgeous animation and songs, I was shocked at the depth it hit, looking closely at the shame we can feel or may be thrust upon us. The characters were fantastic, especially Rumi. Loved this!

I gotta say, between her deepened story from Tales of the Empire and everything in Ahsoka, Morgan Elsbeth has become one of my favorite lowkey #StarWars villains. Her story is horribly tragic, yet in the end it’s her choices. She’s has great technical knowledge and I love her fight scenes.

How incredible was the aesthetic of this new trailer!? I love the horror vibe, the feeling of intensity and aggressiveness that is Maul, that he will try so hard to convince our new character that this is the way to fight. We are almost there. New #StarWars is upon us!

A scene strengthened by greater knowledge, yet equally powerful without any of it. Before knowing Leia was his sister and force sensitive, just the suggestion of someone being open and connected to a friend in such away that their call of help could be answered brings tears to my eyes. #StarWars

I really want more from the Rancor Keeper. His calming and insightful words fill me with joy and he felt like a balm that Boba needed in this time of growth for himself. I feel like he has stories of personal change himself. Plus, more Danny Trejo! #StarWars

For as little as he’s around, Darth Vindican has quite the presence and impression left. Great look, awesome moves, and I feel the rage burning off him. And he falls like all Sith do, to both Jedi and his own apprentice. #StarWars

Rex mentoring Ezra shows how important it is for all of us to see potential in others and nurture encouragement in it. The best of people can be brought forth when they are given a path of acceptance. And it shows how we need many mentors in our life of different experiences. #StarWars

Such a role model to follow. Literally going out of her way to cease the conflict in any other way, trying to avoid war, before taking action. If only actual world leaders had the intelligence of Padme. #StarWars

I’m so ready to see my favorite punkie muffin return to the screen. To see what he may offer to Din and Grogu’s journey and what his thoughts maybe on his father’s fall. #StarWars

Still one of the most epic moves of the Light Side in my opinion. Yoda dissipating all of the hatred like it’s nothing, saying to Dooku that fear and anger will not be weapons against him. #StarWars

The dark side is not cool. It is not to be glorified. Anything and everything done in its name is caused only for pain, only for selfish gain. There is no using it without loosing yourself. There is no necessary need. It will only ever be a tool for the weak. #StarWars

Jane Hopper. Where she started and where she ended … (if you choose to believe, and I do). What growth from a young girl terrified and abused to someone who claimed her agency, gained true connection, fought because she believed in it, and found peace. #StrangerThings

Lando having faith in Han, in trusting him and his team to see through their end of the mission, is still one of the most emotional moments for me in Return of the Jedi. #StarWars

RIP to Paz Vizsla. He had a gruff attitude and a penchant for quick aggression. He could have gone down a path of self importance and violence. Yet he chose to embrace to most meaningful part of his creed. He put aside conflict with others and fought as a defender! #StarWars

Two months later, and I’m still thinking about the finale of #StrangerThings. Still feeling every emotion this show put me through from start to finish. Thinking about how satisfied I was as these characters, who were beaten down in many ways, found strength to heal and literally beat their demons.

This comic was, for me, an incredible victory and celebration of Ahmed Best and his contributions to #StarWars. A great team up, great connections to larger canon, and a powerful moment for Jar Jar to take responsibility and to look towards a larger goal. So pleased.

I personally was so happy that the Armorer went in a different direction than I thought. I was certain she was going to be a villain or forever ridged in her beliefs. What we got was much more nuanced. She chose to evolve, she showed care for the potential of the next generation. #StarWars

I still can’t believe Martin Scorsese is making a cameo appearance in The Mandalorian and Grogu. One of the most respected filmmakers in the business, and even he has time to be in the galaxy far far away. How I love this. #StarWars

We are beyond gifted to have two tales of Westeros this year. The lines have been drawn, decisions have been made. Now the chaos reigns, the temptation rises. Those looks of pained horror, of Rhaenyra banging against a door … I’m getting chills. #HouseoftheDragon

How great would be if we got a Tales of the Mandalorians for #StarWars Day before the release of the movie. It could be about Satine and Bo-Katan or maybe witnessing the Night of 1000 Tears through the Mandalorians of the Capital and the Children of the Watch. Great possibilities!

This drugged me with hype. It’s not from the cameos with purpose or the fun action (all of which I love). It’s the emotional promise of these two growing in their relationship, in acknowledging the temporary nature of it, yet likely gaining strength rather than grief. #TheMandalorianandGrogu

Please tell me that Din Djarin will actually have a sword like the ones we are seeing in the action figures in the upcoming movie. That would be just wonderful in my eyes! #StarWars

Real strength doesn’t come from dominating others, from proving you can control their every action. It comes from the unity of a common goal, of trusting each other to carry on when it seems impossible, to look terror in the face and defiantly stand against it. To show compassion. #StarWars

Did I need a live action remake of #HowToTrainYourDragon … no. Was it made with incredible care, wonderful talent, and some massively talented performances … yes!!! This will go down for me as one of the best live action remakes made. Incredibly true to the story and fully pulled at my heart.

I adore how the added dialogue between Vader and Palpatine is a direct rhyme of what comes later. Vader: How is that possible? Sidious: Search your feelings Lord Vader. You will know it to be true. Luke: That’s impossible! Vader: Search your feelings. You will know it to be true. #StarWars

I love it when animated #StarWars transfers to live action and vice versa. It makes the galaxy feel whole and open for any element that could have an impact on the story being told.

Yoda’s vision of a galaxy without war hits harder for me the older I get. The more we learn the truth about the complexities and hardships of the world, how much we want to envision a world where it doesn’t exist. All the more powerful that Yoda accepts them as lies and pushes forward. #StarWars

Han saving Luke in ep 5 is one of those special #StarWars moments that sings with emotion for me. Han continuing to show his devotion to his friend, naming him as such with determination, the desperation in his voice as he calls out to him, risking his life in bitter cold. Han Solo is just awesome.

“The winding path to peace is always a worthy one, regardless of how many turns it takes.” Peace and change are something I’m only coming to realize how difficult it can be to get there, and how far away the end of the path seems. But others faced impossible odds and we must follow suit. #StarWars

For as much as I love my over the top and epic moments in #StarWars, I truly love that some of the most meaningful victories are the smaller and more intimate moments. Not focusing on grandiose moves and high level complexities, but moments that are straight to the point, a reflection for ourselves.
