Please take in all the love from your family and friends this season. Nourish yourself and your soul. Love yourself first over anyone else in the world. Working with your body (the bank) is the only way to get better (and have your ATM card reinstated). Sending warm wishes to you all.

Do not discounted your achievements in the past. Be fair to yourself. Your body simply said that you have overdrawn from your bank account too much and for too long. They need to cut off your ATM card, or else you only know how to give and not take.

It is the time of the year that we get reminded what we don’t have or cannot do. You may lose a loved one or not be able to do all the things you wanted to do during the holidays. Regardless, society loves to set expectations for us, not us choosing our lives.
