Recalhorn is a Japanese exclusive #arcade #platformer of the type quite rare in arcades. It's a fantasy run-and-gun with animal helpers, similar to Liquid Kids, Kirby games, and Kid Chameleon. The levels have multiple paths, and the graphics are simply amazing for the era. A must play. #retrogaming

I'm increasingly convinced that #Suikoden Tierkreis is the best jRPG on the Nintendo #DS. Criticisms of the game are usually that it's a dumbing down from other Suikoden games, and that it's easy. I would call it different than the others, and there's so much to love, the easiness isn't important.

Been playing an amazing Japanese-exclusive #Falcom #PSP game, Nayuta: Endless Trails. It's a gorgeous game in the same vein as Ys, with a unique world filled with quests to do and an Animal Crossing like hub town and home you can customize. There's even a cooking system. #retrogaming

I've been playing so many good #DOS racing games lately, I've almost forgotten what it feels like to play a bad one. Fatal Racing feels like a bad Sega Saturn or 3DO game.
