Today, #AirdrieLib has been celebrating its centenary with a host of special events. A time capsule created by local school children was buried by Cllr Jim Logue, this was followed by a poetry recital by poet Ross Mitchell. The celebrations end with a sold-out visit by author Graeme Armstrong.
