As a fun little stream, I'm gonna run through the Japanese version of Wario World later. Gives me an excuse to stream it. Already played the original numerous times, but I've never done the Japanese version with the improved finale. Won't be 100%ing it, so it'll be short.

So my personal highlights were the badger game, Leon in Resident Evil Requiem, and Mega Man Dual Override… But The Game Awards this year was painfully boring. Stupidly predictable winner, unbearable ads, and lots of boring AAA slop announcements… Not fun at all.

Gonna have to make a few arrangements to this once I finish a replay of Super Metroid because my thoughts kinda shifted a little for Metroid NES & Metroid 2… and it’s making me appreciate Super Metroid on a level I probably should’ve always appreciated it on.

I can’t believe that the shadow dropped Switch 2 version of Skyrim runs at 30fps. It can easily handle it at 60! Bro not even 2 weeks ago we got Red Dead Redemption running at a flawless 60 on Switch 2. Bethesda’s some lazy asses… charging $60 too for it… shameful.

Metroid Prime 4 is one of those games that I love but realize it isn’t what it could’ve been. Some stuff that kinda ruins the experience for many that I think should’ve had some more talks about when designing. Some great stuff, but it isn’t the “Metroid Dread” of Prime sadly.

Even though I thought the FNAF 2 movie was terrible, I do hope the third movie happens. It definitely has the most potential out of all of them. Potential for entertaining scenes, fun game story moments, and generally just more of those things that made the first movie fun.

Holy crap. I don’t think there’s an option to make the controls in Metroid Prime 4 similar to the GameCube games’ controls at all… That’s kinda messed up! To be fair the game is more designed with free aim in mind, but it feels weird that they abandoned the og control scheme.

Watching FNAF 2 movie

Of course when I make my post on Hades II, I manage to make it to the end. But of course, I got clapped. I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanna finish just one run of this game! Just once!

I have been putting every ounce of my gamer energy into simply trying to finish one run of Hades II... and yet, I am complete doo doo at it. No matter how hard I try, I can not beat the third damn boss. Are there any Hades enthusiasts with any amount of tips?

Apparently the HUD of Metroid Prime 4 is in 4K but the game itself on Switch 2 is 1440p in Quality Mode. Or at least… that’s what I saw from a tech analysis. I don’t have a 4K screen so I honestly can’t really say much. I’m likely just gonna play in Performance mode regardless.

Gasp, Prime 4 is an 8/10 compared to the trilogy’s 9/10 output? Oh nos, the game must suck ass then! Truly none of it is redeemable. -Mike Makenzie.

I played Metroid Prime 4 before release! T’was just the intro so all I can say is it’s gonna be a Metroid Prime game alright.

It seems that Fortnite is using AI art in Chapter 7 after looking at numerous screenshots… If that’s the case, that’s really disappointing. Generative AI is something I don’t want getting large. I won’t be spending anymore money on Fortnite until confirmed otherwise.

I swear I seem to always have the most issues when it comes to getting Metroid games physically. Dread wasn’t available at my local store Prime Remastered got sold out everywhere And now my Walmart cancelled my Prime 4 pre-order

This achievement in Kirby Air Riders can burn in the pit of Hades. One of these islands has an INSANELY rare chance of spawning… I got it once but I didn’t get enough stats in time to fly up to it. Hate it. Worst achievement in the game.

1 week left until Metroid Prime 4. Not gonna lie, I’m hyped. I had a real bad taste after previews dropped and showed… hecking Mackenzie, but I think the rest of the game is gonna be awesome. The world gives me way more Prime 1 & 2 vibes than 3, and that may be why I’m hype.

Happy Thanksgiving! To be honest… I don’t feel like we need a dedicated time each year to make big meals and hang out with your friends & family. Just keep showing your thankfulness the entire year. Perhaps it’s the vibes that people like, but it’s a bit of a strange Holiday.

Feels good to finally be able to say I’ve finished the Metroid Prime trilogy. Later down the line when I’m appreciating the games in retrospect, I’ll probably 100% them, but I at least did homework before Prime 4.

It keeps dawning on me that THE Metroid Prime 4, the game we waited 8 stinkin' years for, comes out next week. Putting aside my and everyone else's opinions on how they're treating the NPCs... I'm still stoked to play the game. It'll either rock... or eat socks. I'm hype.

I started playing Hades II the other day. I'm ass at it due to my track record of being complete booty cheeks at roguelikes, but the game is very fun! I hope I can finish a run soon to give more in-depth thoughts. (yes I know to "beat" it you gotta do like 10 runs. idc.)

I do hope Mario Kart World gets some form of free content in the future. Nearly 6 months later and the game isn't even remotely worth $80. It can be characters, vehicles, turning the hidden SNES courses into actual courses, anything. ...please no paid DLC though

Well it appears I’ve already sunk 30 hours into Air Riders, and the game has only been out for 4 total days. Think it’s safe to say this game is a winner. I can’t stop playing it. I really want to show that one incredible City Trial match I had but it is pretty large spoilers.

I just had the most unreal City Trial experience and I can not share it because it contains massive spoilers. Holy fucking shit what is this game.

I feel like I’ve fallen off of Sonic Racing CrossWorlds quite a bit. Game’s great, but I have not had the desire to go back and master the tracks and grind the Festival events. It’s a bit too much for me. I don’t like the fomo of limited time events with big unlocks at stake.

The finale of Kirby Air Riders is pretty darn fire. Nothing crazy lore-wise like the main platformers, but it's real hype. Definitely recommend playing it for yourself.

I really hate feeling like I'm pressed for time to finish a game before the latest one comes out... because it makes me feel like I'm begging for the game to end as soon as possible. Feeling this way with Metroid Prime 3, even though the game is pretty good and not long.

Ok, so after the Prime 4 Overview, I saw many concerns about the Federation characters, and I thought... "Hey it won't be as bad as Prime 3!" After hearing previews... oh god dude. It's so much worse than I could've imagined. Get that marvel-ass humor out of Metroid.

I went and pre-ordered the physical version of Hades II on Switch 2 that's coming out same day as Air Riders. Gonna try and get as many indie games physically on Switch 2 as I can that come on full carts... though I think SW2 Editions force full carts by default.

How good was Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment? How does it rank with the other two Hyrule Warriors games? I didn't fall in love with the first game or especially Age of Calamity, but if this one is really really good I may get it as another solid Switch 2 game.

I know it isn't until 2027, but I hope Kirby's 35th anniversary pops off. The 30th was awesome, with Forgotten Land, Dream Buffet, AND Return to Dream Land Deluxe. Hoping we maybe get a new mainline game on Switch 2 and maybe a remaster of Triple Deluxe or Planet Robobot.

Pokemon Pokopia is $70 and is a Game Key Card? Definite no. I am sitting here praying that this does not set a precedent for Nintendo to use game key cards for some of their titles after saying they have no plans to use them. I really hope this is just a Pokemon thing where they aren’t bothering.

I really hope Kirby Air Riders sells really well. I know it isn’t going to be a series, and we’ll likely not see Kirby Air Ride for an extremely long time after it, but I really want to see more Nintendo games like it in terms of options and being accessible.
