Maribor has acquired ND Ilirija 1911. The oldest Slovenian club will immediately move their base from Ljubljana to Maribor to become Maribor's B team. Ilirija are currently 14th in #2SNL, they won 12 Slovenian league titles between 1920 and 1935, but haven't played in the top div since WW2.

Kevin Kampl (35) has apparently retired from football. While he only made 28 caps for Slovenia due to a dispute, he is the flashiest winger (later converted to CM) Slovenia has ever had. His Slovenia U21 side was my favorite team to watch at the time, and so was his time at Salzburg.
