Just looked up in bed and saw this. Apparently I’m late for breakfast.

It’s a very lazy Sunday around here.

How in the world is this comfortable. There is nothing holding up his belly.

Teddy is so wet right now.

I woke up to use the bathroom last night and found Teddy in full-on churro form. This is the longest he’s ever been.

Charlie simply does not understand the concept of personal space.

Meanwhile, Charlie found himself a cozy spot.

This is why I can never make the bed.

Just enjoying some quality Saturday snuggles with Ted.

After learning last week that in Mexico bakeries they call a pain au chocolat “chocolatín,” maybe that should be Teddy’s new nickname. He’ll always be a little brioche, though.

Bought this tin of cookies at my local candy shop (Mursell’s in Jackson, WY, strongly recommended if you’re ever in town) just because the guy in the middle to the right looks just like Ted.

Look up.

Teddy loves a good snow day, especially when the heated blanket is on.

I love photographing baby bighorn sheep because the way their fur sticks up at the top of their head always reminds me of Teddy.

Current status: I’m a cat tree.

Just stumbled this old photo of Gus Gus when he was a little baby on my website. I miss this guy.

Another day of Teddy sitting in all my meetings.

They… don’t care one bit. I really thought Charlie would lose his little mind and Teddy would take a running leap into it.

Just bought a Christmas tree. The boys have never seen a Christmas tree. I have no idea of what’s about to happen.

Fun fact about Teddy: When we first got him we realized he’d start drooling uncontrollably every time he snuggled with Kate. We asked the vet about it and she said it’s because he’s so happy he forgets to swallow.

I missed Gus Gus so much last night. Thanksgiving is not the same without him trying to steal my food 💔

Just remembering the day we got Teddy home and he immediately showed me who’s boss.

I woke up in the middle of the night to the sounds of furious slurping next to my face.

It’s Teddy Focaccia! That’s not quite the right way to ride a bike, though.

The boys had their annual trip to the vet last week. They’re in perfect health and in perfect weight (Teddy is 7.25 lb, Charlie is 8 lb and 14 oz). They were polite and well-behaved as always and easily bribed with lickable treats.

It’s sweater time for little Ted. He looks dapper as usual.

I'm seeing various guides on how to write alt text with various levels of advice, which is great, but honestly, "imagine you're describing the image to someone over the phone" will get you like 90% of the way to writing great alt text.
