🥈 Got 2nd place in the Friday Vintage Challenge with slightly teched Esper Lurrus Stony Silence over Null Rod because of Flame of Anor. Ironically lost the finals to a Flame of Anor deck while holding Stony Silence and missing white mana. So it goes 😬

Despite accidentally playing 2 Islands instead of Island Swamp, I managed to Top 8'd the Vintage Challenge, and then scooped the QF to go to July 4th stuff with the kiddos. Unsure if the pair of Tamiyo is better or worse than the pair of Bowmasters I cut to make room. They performed well enough 🤷‍♂️

I’ve been thinking about the Legacy banlist… While I don’t necessarily want Entomb banned, I think an Entomb ban coupled with an unban of both Grief and Troll would be a net positive to the format. Scam/Reanimate games are generally more interesting & dynamic than Entomb/Reanimate games.

Legacy players, I want to see something. Can you sound off if you're happy with no changes? Judgement free zone. I just havent seen anybody be happy yet and seeing many people saying they're leaving the format over this.

In anticipation of the B&R tomorrow, I played a "one last hurrah" league with UB Reanimator, then did the same with Oops All Spells. Went 5-0 with UB Reanimator & 3-2 with Oops All spells, which seems about right. Anyway, here's to tomorrow 🥂
