And we're back home. Dartford crossing was its usual slow self, but we made it back with 21% of battery. It was not a very efficient trip there and back this time around. The temp was low for a start.

We will be waving bye to Kent tomorrow. After brunch! So one last night here.

Another good lesson tonight. Dougie settled down n got into it. Will see him in a week for more!

I just have Tuesday to get through, then I am done for work this year. I've got my usual Tuesday night Dougie lesson as well, then it'll be a week before I'm on him again as we'll be away at Squirl's Mom's for Christmas.

Hmm. Did not sleep great. Felt a little off tummy wise which had my brain rattling about. Bah!

Another good lesson today. Dougie was a mud bug tho. I think I still have mud up my nose!

Boy you can tell its that time of year.. its very quiet workwise. Most folk are either off already or today is their last day. Mine's not till Tues next week.

It’s been 3 years today since we lost my big grey boy, Henry ‘hungry hungry’ Hippo. I miss him a lot still n still get weepy when thinking about him.

I just had a lingering cough at the moment plus off ears, but the bug is well on its way out.

Good lesson again. Got Dougie into work mode pretty quickly. Even tho I’m still shaking this bug we did ok together.

I'm feeling perhaps a little less crap today? Still not great but I think there is improvement.. We will see! Squirl is feeling crap now though. sigh.

So I did sleep a tad better but I'm still not great. Squirl is also not feeling great either. sigh. Cancelling riding for tonight as I have hospital this afternoon to xray roboleg(tm) and I'm feeling dead on my hooves still.

Really bad night. Did not sleep well at all so decided to stay in bed n call in sick.

Apparently I ride better when I’m unwell! Seems my legs relax when I’m blegh.

Having a coffee n cake before seeing how wet Dougie is. It’s raining quite a bit today. I should have enough energy for my lesson.

Well I'm going to risk riding today. chest is still gungy, throat still sore so I will be taking it easy out there today.

Ok, still not well so we're going to be remote table top rpg'ing today. I expect I won't be riding tomorrow either :(

OK, decided to take the rest of the day off sick. its not busy work wise at the moment so we have cover.

Well still not shaking what ever this thing is I have. Cough is annoying and feeling worse. Head is still not liking this either. I contemplated calling off sick, but I'm up and will see how it goes.

So did not want out of bed today. Still feeling the same as yesterday, so husky/dry throat/chest feeling plus with the added bonus of off head.

Not a good night. Brain took an age to calm itself.. also noticed a dry/odd throat when I was heading to/from stables, got a little cough.. wondering if I've caught something from the weekend? might explain the odd head too.

Good lesson tonight. Dougie was in an odd mood but we worked well again once he was in the mood to work.

Hmm. Twice today my head has gone very weird - not woozy, but felt like a wave of 'something' running through my head/scalp? its really hard to describe. Its prob related to my 'wooze' - I'll keep an eye on it.

Good lesson today. Managed to get Dougie consistent without instructor :)

Hmm, woke up with a bit of a wobbly head/dizzy feeling. Still feeling a little off currently.

Interesting lesson tonight. Instructor asked to get on Dougie to remind him he’s not to mess about n avoid the work. After this Doug’s was great! Consistent walk n trot. Will do more Sunday.

Dougie was in an interesting n nippy mood. Seems they’ve been kept in due to the weather. But over all a good lesson.

Huzzah, the new UGreen NAS has arrived so its plugged in, drives in and currently sorting out old data on the Synology/cleaning up before transferring data over.

It’s this time again.

My new NAS n drives was due today but it’s marked as delayed. It’s supposed to be in Peterborough royal mail. ‘If it’s not here by 24th ask for a refund’ siiigh.

Was a chilly lesson tonight. Again I need to start relaxing as soon as I’m on Dougie. Did go well in the end.

Why am I having to guide a big companies own IT, following the guide they wrote on how to generate a CSR???? This is why Outsourced IT is a real pain.

Dougie time today was indoors. He did play up a little but I relaxed n we ended up having a good time! He had gotten fluffier since Tuesday! Winter is coming..

Coffee n cookie time. Bus took 50+ mins to get here.
