Since Jr.High I've been obsessed w/ Rudimentary Peni. Every single thing they do (music + art + the entire crazy lore behind them) is perfect and cool and still relevant & nobody outside of punk/the underground/art seems to care. Absolutely the best. The fact they're still around & rip is insane.

I saw Mortal Kombat 2 & it had the most Mortally Kombat-like Mortal Kombat stuff you would want in a Mortal Kombat movie. It was funny(?) but ultimately just sucked ass. Everyone was dumb & did dumb things to be more like Mortal Kombat. Like a series of cutscenes from the video game Mortal Kombat.

The best movie I saw last year was Godzilla vs. Kong 2. The catch was that my illegally downloaded version didn't come with voice audio for any of the humans, it was just sfx/music/monster screams. I didn't even notice until half way through, super easy to follow & insanely enjoyable. Best version.

Today is my favorite work day, the music jam! We clear out the big meeting room & everyone brings their client in & we mess around & play songs for 3 hours. They let me keep an amp in my office down the hall so I can play bass + do noise pedal presentations & let everyone twist knobs, it's so fun!
