There is so much lettuce #inthegarden that I postponed making bread to replace sandwich with salads. For a week, lunch is half greens, half mix of tomato avo cucumber + one protein (here mixed beans) and light homemade dressing. Everyday different! Delicious fun and light nutrition till Christmas.

Morning's baking results are satisfying, feeding us healthy fresh food for days/weeks, saving energy (as the oven is heating once for all these). All done in 4 hours -cleaning incl. No packaging, no chemicals, no preservatives, no msg, no sugar and delicious. Bread, crackers, muffins.

#Solar is awesome! Our energy bill is in credit since we have a battery. Saying "it's worth it" doesn't cover the #joy, #resilience, satisfaction of free sun energy, also feeding car and tools. Home or local battery plants would make us all carbon free. Nothing to wait for to switch to solar.
